Term 3 – Transformation, Delivery & Performance
Purpose
Term 3 brings together all the threads of the programme and focuses on how you turn strategy and innovation into concrete action. The emphasis is no longer only on thinking differently—but on delivering results, building strong brands, and leading teams that perform.
You work hands-on with execution through business simulations, branding projects, and presentations. Term 3 concludes with a Futures Symposium and Graduation, where together with faculty and fellow participants you present your development journey and reflect on how you, as a leader, will help shape the future.

You learn to present ideas and strategies with clarity and impact through storytelling, argumentation, and pitch techniques. You gain insight into how to communicate complex messages in ways that inspire and engage.
