Term 1 – Futures, Strategies and Change
Purpose
Term 1 sets the scene for the entire programme. Participants learn to analyse megatrends, manage uncertainty, develop sustainable growth strategies, and lead people through transformation. The focus is both strategic and human—you learn how to create direction in a complex world and bring teams along on the journey of change.
Core Themes
- Future Business
- What will the business of the future look like—and how do you prepare for it?
This theme provides insight into the megatrends shaping our world: technological breakthroughs, globalisation, geopolitical uncertainty, sustainability, and new consumer expectations. You learn to analyse these changes and translate them into new opportunities and long-term business models.
