European Business Forum has a clear mission: to develop leaders who create the future.

We believe that leadership is the decisive factor when it comes to driving development, fostering innovation, and shaping the business landscape of tomorrow. Since our establishment in 2017, we have served as a development platform for leaders and executives who want to take their competencies and careers to the next level. We focus on creating learning that is relevant, action-oriented, and inspiring – for leaders who want not just to follow the pace of change, but to drive it.

In collaboration with IE Business School, we have designed an extraordinary leadership program that combines academic expertise with practical experience. Our program is built around modern learning principles, case-based teaching, and strong peer-to-peer sparring, giving participants a learning experience that both challenges and transforms.

In collaboration with our Academic Director, Peter Fisk – professor at IE Business School and an internationally recognized expert in strategy, innovation, and transformation – we have assembled a unique faculty of world-class academics and experienced senior executives.

Part of the program takes place on IE Business School’s campus in Madrid, where you will participate in two intensive days alongside leaders from around the world.

Peter Fisk is a professor at IE Business School in Madrid and academic director for EBF. Peter is among the world’s leading experts in new strategies and business models. He is known for authoring best-selling books such as “Gamechangers” and “Business Recoded”.
